On February 11, 2025, senior lecturer of the department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics Tukinova Assel Rishatovna conducted a curatorial hour with group 431 of specialty “General Medicine” on the topic “How not to lose yourself in the world of social networks?”. Students discussed the impact of social networks on self-esteem and emotions, as well as the problem of addiction to them. Ways to combat this, such as setting time limits, paying attention to their own feelings and digital detox were discussed. The curatorial hour helped students realize the importance of personal boundaries in the digital space and the impact of technology on psycho-emotional health.
