From 03.02.2025 to 12.02.2025 in our university was held a training for administrative and managerial staff, dedicated to the problem of emotional burnout and methods of combating it.
The training was conducted by psychologist Nuriden G.E., who introduced the participants to the real manifestations and consequences of this syndrome.
The participants learnt about the main signs of burnout, such as chronic fatigue, decrease in professional motivation. One of the key parts of the training were practical tips and techniques to overcome burnout. The psychologist offered the participants simple and accessible relaxation methods that can be included in the daily schedule.
Thus, this training became an important step towards raising awareness of the problem of emotional burnout and formation of a healthy working environment at the university.
