At the stage of healthcare digitalization, the formation of digital competence of future medical specialists is a relevant area of ​​modernization of medical education. One of the important components of the professional competence of a future doctor is competence in the field of information and communication technologies – readiness to work in the information environment of a medical institution.
We invite you to take part in the city subject Olympiad in the discipline “Information and Communication Technologies” dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Abai among students of medical colleges of the city of Semey, which will be held on March 14, 2025, at the NCJSC “Semey Medical University”.
Students of medical colleges can participate in the Olympiad. An educational institution can nominate no more than 2 teams, each of which must include no more than 5 students. The team must be accompanied by a leader. More detailed information on the organization and holding of the Olympiad can be found at the link (Appendix 1).

The purpose of the Olympiad: increasing the motivation of students for educational and cognitive activities, developing digital skills of future medical specialists, revealing their professional and personal potential, self-awareness, creative abilities, creating conditions for self-realization and self-affirmation in the context of digitalization of medicine.
