On March 28, the 11th meeting of the Young Teacher’s school was held. The first report is “Organization of integrated winter schools for students. The experience of collaboration of disciplines” was presented by the assistant of the Department of Surgical Disciplines, PhD, M.N.Akkaliev. The lecturer shared his experience of conducting winter schools in the discipline of urology. Winter school options include master classes, visiting sessions, and interdisciplinary seminars. This format of winter schools allows for deeper and broader disclosure of the actual problems of the discipline. The second lecture “Prevention of emotional burnout in the process of teacher’s pedagogical activity” was presented by the assistant of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology, the psychotherapist of the highest category Almagambetova A.A. The lecturer conducted a training with the audience and practically showed the ways to prevent emotional burnout of teachers.
