Job responsibilities

  1. Keeps records of the personnel of the University and its departments in accordance with the unified forms of primary accounting documentation;
  2. Prepares the admission, transfer and dismissal of employees in accordance with labor legislation, regulations and orders of the Chairman of the Board – Rector, as well as other established personnel documentation;
  3. Forms and maintains personal files of employees, makes changes to them related to work;
  4. Prepares the necessary materials for qualification, certification, and competition commissions and the submission of employees to incentives and awards;
  5. Fills in, records and stores workbooks and other documents, issues certificates of employment of employees;
  6. Makes entries in workbooks and other documents of employees;
  7. Enters information on the quantitative, qualitative composition of employees and their movement into the personnel database of the organization, monitors its timely updating and replenishment;
  8. Keeps records of the provision of vacations to employees, monitors the preparation and observance of schedules for regular vacations;
  9. Studies the causes of staff turnover, participates in the development of measures to reduce it;
  10. Prepares documents after the expiration of the established terms of current storage for storage in the archive;
  11. Prepares the established reports.

 

I am Khalelova Arailym Abaybekkyzy, was born on 22.06.1994 in the village of Karaul in the Abai district.

In September 2001, I entered the first grade of secondary school No. 19. Semey, in May 2012, graduated from the 11th grade in the village of Karaul. In September 2012, I entered the full-time department in Ust-Kamenogorsk. In 2013, I transferred to Semey’s hometown in KAZGIYUU and graduated with a bachelor’s degree in 2017. I worked as a secretary at the Youth School in Semey from 2018-2023.
