The Board of Directors of Semey Medical University, NCJSC was established by Order No. 3 of acting Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 06.01.2022
The Board of Directors carries out general management of the activities of the Semey Medical University, with the exception of resolving issues referred by the legislative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan or the Charter to the exclusive competence of the Sole Shareholder and the Board of the University. Decisions of the Board of Directors are made in the manner prescribed by the Charter of Semey Medical University, NCJSC.
