Department The office of the registrar was established in 2007. The main task of the department is to register the educational achievements of students, organize and conduct intermediate and final certification.
The main tasks of the Registrar’s Office are:
- maintaining educational documentation in accordance with the credit technology of education;
- collaboration of registrars and specialists of the department with dean’s offices and departments to improve the quality of academic performance and independence of students in choosing an educational trajectory;
- tracking, analyzing and summarizing the learning outcomes of students throughout the school year.
The office-registrar performs the following functions:
- organization and control of students’ knowledge;
- determining the academic rating of students based on the results of the final control;
- organization of the summer semester to eliminate academic debts and differences in curricula;
- providing, at the request of students, academic information to the deans, the leadership of the institute (examination and rating sheets, summary sheets, reports) for analysis and current work;
- working with students who are recovering at a university, transferring from other universities or from one form of study to another, with students who have come out of academic leave as part of the elimination of the difference in curricula.
