On October 24-25, 2019, NCJSC “Semey Medical University” is participating in the international exhibition Digital Health Astana which is held in Nur-Sultan. A distinctive feature of this year’s exhibition is the participation of strategic partners of medical universities of Kazakhstan.
Our strategic partner Baskent University, headed by the Rector Ali Haberal, has participated in the conference on strategic partnership held within the framework of the international exhibition Digital Health.
The Rector of Baskent University Ali Haberal and the Chairman of the Board – Rector of NCJSC Semey Medical University have made a presentation on the results of strategic partnership between SMU and BU. As it was mentioned by Prof. Ali Haberal, the purpose of the cooperation is to provide technical and methodological support to strengthen the capaSemey city Medical University in modernization of medical university, science and clinical practice. Ali Haberal has expressed the hope that the experience of cooperation between two universities will be introduced in Kazakhstani healthcare system. As known, the main priorities of the project are the development of emergency medicine, nuclear medicine, traumatology and orthopedics. Chairman of the Board – Rector of NCJSC SMU Yersin Zhunussov has spoken on the implementation of these tasks within strategic partnership between SMU and BU.
