In accordance with the “Plan of educational and military-patriotic work of the military department of the Nonprofit  corporation ” Semey Medical University “for the academic year 2019-2020, in order to create a value system for students aimed at respecting the Constitution and Laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and fostering devotion to the people of  Kazakhstan and the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing students with support for the main areas of domestic and foreign policy of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the formation of a common culture and morality , Familiarizing the achievements of Kazakhstan and world culture, spiritual and moral values, education in the spirit of respect for the dignity, honor, culture, language and history of each nation, their moral and psychological readiness for the successful solution of the tasks assigned to the Armed Forces of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

On December 20, 2019 year, the military department was organized under the supervision of a senior lecturer – deputy head of the military department, lieutenant colonel of the medical service of the reserve I.N. Sherstobitov, personnel visiting the 6th platoon6 3rd course students of the General Medicine faculty of the Semey Regional History and Local Lore Museum.

During the visit, the museum guide told the story of his motherland from the time of the creation of the Kazakh state to the present day. Students took an active part, the tour was useful, interesting and informative.
