Chairman of Muslim Spiritual Authority of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Chief Mufti Nauryzbai Haji Taganuly met with the students of “Semey Medical University” NCJSC on September 23, 2022. The Vice-Rector of Egyptian University of Islamic Culture Nur-Mubarak K. Kurmanbayev, the Head of the Department “Шариғат және Пәтуа” of Muslim Spiritual Authority of Kazakhstan (MSAK) S. Kurbanuly, the expert of the Department “Уағыз-насихат” (MSAK) D. Sayfullin also attended the meeting.
The purpose of the meeting was to conduct information and educational work on prevention of religious extremism and terrorism in the city.
During the meeting, the questions relating to religion, social worldview, stages of development of civilization, faith and education were discussed. It was mentioned that people’s religious views, being a part of human history, are changing together with the human society. Extremism and terrorism pose a special threat to the peace and security of states and society. The spiritual leader urged young people to be moral and pure, to give all their energy and time to education and science.
