From February 27 to March 10, 2023, Semey and Astana Medical Universities provided an academic mobility program for students studying “General Medicine” and “Dentistry.” The program aimed to broaden students’ horizons and provide them with new knowledge and experience, particularly in the discipline of “Kazakh language.” Associate Professor of the Department of General Education Disciplines, c.p.sc. M.D. Zhorokpaeva, and Head of the Department of Philological Disciplines of Astana Medical University, c.p.sc., Associate Professor D.R. Zharikova conducted classes using new forms of classroom training, such as analysis, generalization of information, obtaining additional consultations, performing individual tasks in pairs, groups, and reflection.

The academic mobility program is an essential part of the educational system and allows students to study at other universities, gain new knowledge, and experience that will help them in their future professional activities.
