Seminar on the prevention of viral intestinal infections at the Auezov substation for emergency and emergency care in the Abay region

Currently studying at the Department of Infectious Diseases, Dermatovenereology and Immunology, bachelors of group 5108 of the Faculty of General Medicine of SMU, NCJCS continue to take an active part in seminars on the prevention of infectious diseases.
So, in 2023, on April 26, future doctors took part in a seminar on the prevention of viral intestinal infections at the Auezov substation for emergency and emergency care in the Abay region.
The speakers of the seminar presented their presentations in which they talked about the fact that viral intestinal infections are a group of acute infectious diseases similar in manifestations, in which various viruses are the causative agents: rotaviruses, noro-, astro-, some types of enteroviruses and others. It has been noted that these pathogens are ubiquitous, multiplying in the cells of the gastrointestinal tract, causing diarrhea and vomiting, and that some types of viruses can also infect the respiratory tract, causing cold-like symptoms: cough, runny nose.
The clinic and diagnosis of viral intestinal infections were covered, emphasis was placed on the importance of preventing these infectious diseases.
