Thanks to the help of volunteers, the lives of lonely elderly people become easier and more joyful. Many elderly people, due to health limitations, are unable to take proper care of themselves.

On January 30, 2024, teachers of the Department of Microbiology named after Professor M.M. Urazalin with 3rd year students of the Faculty of General Medicine visited the “Medical and social institution for the elderly and general disabled people in Semey.” The students showed the elderly how to measure blood pressure correctly and explained how they need to keep their blood pressure under control.

During the conversation, the elderly were given clear recommendations that are not difficult to follow in everyday life. They received answers to all their questions.[/vc_column_text]
