Protecting the health of the younger generation is the most important strategic task of the state. According to experts, almost every school graduate has 2-3 functional or chronic diseases, and only 10% of children graduate from school healthy. In Kazakhstan, medical examinations of schoolchildren are mandatory events and are carried out on the basis of the Order of the Minister of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated December 15, 2020 No. MH RK-264/2020 «On approval of the Rules for conducting, volume and frequency of preventive medical examinations».
