Pregnancy planning is the process of preparing a married couple to conceive a healthy child, which includes a conscious decision to have a child, a full examination of the body of the expectant mother (and, if necessary, the father), identification and treatment of diseases that may adversely affect the health of the unborn child or the mother’s ability to bear and give birth to a baby. Planning a pregnancy allows you to avoid many health problems and increases your chances of having a child in general and a healthy child in particular. The relevance of the chosen topic is determined by the fact that in our time a healthy woman is an exception to the rule rather than a rule. Not to mention the fact that pregnancy is a serious test for the body of even a completely healthy woman.
