On May 13, 4th year students of General Medicine took part in the annual Olympiad in the integrated discipline “Genitourinary system in the clinic.” The Olympiad has traditionally been held in recent years at the end of the entire module. The main goal of the Olympiad was to consolidate the clinical competencies of students. The Department of Internal Medicine and Rheumatology was represented at the Olympics by the «Nephron» team. Our team’s opponents were the teams “Testosterone” and “Adrenaline”. The Olympiad consisted of various stages: team presentation, warm-up (solving test tasks), solving a clinical problem, and a “Own Game” quiz with tasks of varying complexity and the use of medical terminology in three languages.
The winner this year was the “Nefron” team! We thank the «Testosterone» team of urologists for the excellent preparation and holding of the Olympics. And the team of obstetrician-gynecologists “Adrenaline”, which was a worthy and strong opponent!
