The seminar discussed current issues in the diagnosis and treatment of COPD. Demonstrated how to conduct a comprehensive ABCD assessment of COPD. A clinical case of a patient diagnosed with COPD was discussed with interns. We studied what medications and where to start treatment for a family doctor. The main attention in this seminar was paid to the relevance of prescribing antibacterial therapy for COPD, and in what cases taking drugs is inappropriate.
