A.A. Almagambetova, assistant of the Department of Psychiatry and Narcology of Semey Medical University, made a welcoming speech to the students of 3, 5 years of GM. In her speech, she pointed out the importance of personal growth of students – it is a purposeful process of improvement, the desire to become better, which helps the student to become able to regulate behavior, make positive decisions. The students actively participated in the training. Through the meeting and trainings focused on personal growth, students developed their ability to quickly change undesirable character traits to more positive ones, which contributed to the release of a variety of negative thoughts and negative complexes, improving individual qualities that contribute to success.[/vc_column_text]
