In 2024, 2022 on August 21, a seminar on the prevention of monkeypox was held at the Central Station of Ambulance and Emergency Medical Care of the Abay Region. According to the seminar plan, the etiology, epidemiology, clinical picture, differential diagnosis and treatment of monkeypox were presented. The clinic of monkeypox is analyzed in detail, taking into account the periods of the infectious process during this particularly dangerous infection. Separately, the algorithm for providing medical care for monkeypox at the level of emergency and emergency medical care, as well as the issues of preventing this disease were covered.
