On December 4, 2019, at the Department of Topographic and Clinical Anatomy named after Professor N.A. Khlopova in the clinical experimental operating unit, graduate student of the Department of Maxillofacial and Plastic Surgery was carried the first stage of the experimental work out. Undergraduate Shyngaev Alisher Ermekovich and a 2-year resident in maxillofacial surgery Baltabekov Doszan Zakariyanovich Led by the head of PhD Saimova Aisulu Zhumabaevna, conducted an experimental intervention in the direction of plastic surgery of the dentofacial apparatus for various injuries. The aim of the study is to close bone defects by implanting biomaterial replacing bone tissue. Researchers will continue the first experimental phase of work on the basis of the department.
As everyone knows, this clinic-experimental operational unit has been created under the university development project, which has been fully working in the educational and scientific field since 1 of September. We are very pleased that the operational unit began to work in the planned direction. It shows the correct approach of our leadership that with the help of such projects it is possible to achieve certain goals according to the “Strategic Development Plan”. In addition, not only students in the discipline are engaged in our base, but interns and residents come to practice skills and actively cooperate with the teachers of the department.
