Today, the defense of the dissertation for the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in the specialty “6D110200 – Public health” by Siyazbekova Zukhra Siyazbekovna on the topic “Analysis of the effectiveness of surgical methods of treatment of coronary heart disease” took place.
It should be noted that 12 papers have been published based on the materials of the dissertation, 8 of which are in the materials of international scientific and practical conferences, 2 articles in scientific publications recommended by the Committee for control in the field of education and science, 2 articles in the journal indexed in the Scopus database.
The relevance of the research topic is that cardiovascular diseases (CVD) are one of the main causes of mortality and disability in most developed countries of the world, as well as the main cause of low life expectancy and high mortality among people of working age. The analysis of statistical materials of the last decade in the Republic of Kazakhstan indicates stable growth trends in the newly identified incidence of circulatory system disease (CVD) and a decrease in mortality from CVD over the past 5 years.
The aim of the study: based on a comprehensive study of the results of surgical methods of treatment of coronary artery disease (CHD), to optimize rehabilitation measures for patients who have undergone percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) and coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG).
Scientific consultants of the research work were Mysaev Ayan Oralkhanovich, MD, PhD, Associate Professor, Deputy Director of the DNHR, Astana; Rakhypbekov Tolebai Kosiyabekovich, MD, Professor, Corresponding Member of the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Kazakhstan, President of the National Association “Primary Health Care”, Astana; Bruzati Luca Giovanni Carlo, Doctor of Economics, Professor, Head of the Department of Management and Scientific Director of the Laboratory of Analytical Work in Economics and Management, Udine State University, Udine, Italy.
The defense of Siyazbekova Z.S. was successful, in connection with which the Dissertation Council petitions the Committee for Quality Assurance in the Field of Science and Higher Education of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan to award Siyazbekova Zukhra Siyazbekovna the degree of Doctor of Philosophy (PhD).
