Proper (healthy) nutrition is an integral part of a healthy lifestyle, the basic rules of which should be laid down from childhood and followed throughout life. Unfortunately, the number of overweight and obese people is currently growing in our country. This problem is currently most relevant for children and young people, since almost 30% of the population suffer from overweight and obesity, half of them are under 18 years old. On this occasion, on January 17, 2024, under the guidance of PhD associate professor of the Department of OVP Shalgumbaeva G.M. and assistant of the Department of OVP Saidualiev D.N., resident of 2 years of study in the specialty Family medicine: Muzhanova A.S., a conversation was held with students of Secondary school #30.Families’.
