On January 23, 2024, the teacher of the department of epidemiology and biostatistics, Tukinova Assel Rishatovna, held a curatorial hour with the group 3554 specialty “General medicine” on the relevant and important topic “Psychological well-being and stress resistance of students in the conditions of modern education”. During the talk, various aspects of students’ psychological well-being were discussed, as well as strategies and methods that help develop stress resistance.

The main signs of stress and its effects on students were reviewed, and ways to effectively manage stress were discussed.
