This course teaches you how to create, use, and share geographic information and maps in ArcGIS. Course participants will learn how to quickly find, explore, analyze and manage geographic data, as well as how to create informative maps for specific work tasks. The course describes methods for effectively making GIS maps and resources available to policy makers, stakeholders, and the general public. The teacher of the course is a post-doctoral student – researcher of the Department of Epidemiology and Biostatistics of NJSC “Semey Medical University” Shaltynov Askhat Toktarovich.
The program for geospatial analysis ArcGIS was provided free of charge by Data + International as part of the project of postdoctoral student Shaltynov Askhat Toktarovich Zhas Galym on the topic “Development of an electronic system for assessing inequality in out-of-pocket healthcare spending and consumption of healthcare services”, IRN АР15473445.
As part of the cooperation, Data + International provided 50 license keys for the following products: ArcGIS Applications, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Desktop.
